I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She even gave me tips about what the hiring manager interviewing me would be looking for. Then I had that interview, a sample writing project (copy test), and got called back to meet with that manager’s boss, the brand authority director. Everyone was friendly, down-to-earth, direct, and helpful.
The process was multiple steps: HR, potential people leader, teammate(s) with a writing test, and then a final meeting with senior leadership. Overall, the questions themselves weren't difficult, but it was a 4 solid interviews + a test.

Easy phone conversation about my experience with HR, then a zoom with hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't have many questions about my experience, even though I was clearly point for point qualified for the job - it seemed she wanted me to ask more than she was. When I tried to find out about the culture of the team and company, she wouldn't really speak on it.

The interviewer was not prepared at all. She was 15 minutes late to the Zoom call, asked me to send her my resume after the call, and did not come across as professional in any way.
