Primary Interview, Secondary, Tertiary Interview, there are group interviews, case studies, personality assessments, and financial assessments. The first interview is easy, and through the recruiter, the second interview takes place at your college campus, and the third interview is at a location of their choosing.

The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.

It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.

There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
