Applied online, and received a follow-up email to schedule an interview online. Most of the interview questions have already been posted on here, why macy's, how would you go about helping a customer find a pair of jeans, how would you add to the purchase, how would you celebrate a purchase, etc. Just use this site to help you prepare for the interview and guaranteed you will get the job!

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
