I applied online and was told in an email to come for an interview. They didn't know I was coming, but accommodated me with an interview anyway. The interview was with the highest manager (not sure of exact title) and it was pretty informal. She asked me some quick questions and was excited to hire me because this would be my first job. They offered me the job within 20 minutes.

Entrevista
Applied online and received an e-mail to set up an interview within that same week. Showed up on the scheduled day and waited in HR until I was called on, the interview went okay. A lot of behavioral questions since they wanted someone who'd step in and work as a cashier at times.

Entrevista
Lady who interviewed me was 20 minutes late. Very polite but seemed biased since I had no experience. I tried to answer her questions with what she wanted to hear and match my sills to the jobs required skills.
