I arrived about 30 minutes before my interview, not a single person was in the office space. I stood around for 15 minutes then went out on the floor to ask for help, the woman advised me she was unable to help and I needed to just wait until the main receptionist came in. I had nothing else to do so I waited around, once the receptionist arrived, about 15 minutes after my scheduled interview time slot, she informed me that the person who was supposed to interview me was out of office for the day so she set up for me to interview with the manager. Turns out the manager interviewing me was the woman I asked for help the first time. We sat down and she immediately notified me that the position was no longer available but they could interview me for a stock position. So, I wasted over an hour just to be told the position was no longer available.

Basic questions such as relevant tasks you did in previous jobs, ability to decipher blueprints and handle tools, climb ladders and be punctual, availability is key. Flexibility. What are your short and long term goals, why do I want to work at Macy’s
