I applied online and was contacted via phone to schedule an interview. It was a group interview that took place in a room at Macy's department store. I remember the group being asked to demonstrate how to help out a patron who was looking for jeans. Within a week I was contacted to join once again by phone to join the team.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
