Entrevista
I applied online and received an invitation for phone interviews. There was someone else keep talking on the side of the phone apart from the interviewer. The whole interview was interrupted for a few times and I has to keep asking repeating the questions. I prepared well for many questions and read a few passages about Macy's. I hope it was an efficient interview but it was not. Very disappointing. I was declined for that I cannot work on Weekends cuz they are looking for a more flexible schedule.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
