I was contacted for an interview and set up a time/date to do it virtually. I joined the call thinking that the interviewer was running late then after 20 min I called the manager and her response was "we can't find anyone to interview you call back some other time". I didn't call back.

Rather than using human interviewers, they utilize a system called HireVue, which requires candidates to record their responses to 6 to 8 questions. This method feels impersonal and lacks engagement. I am uncertain whether the recordings are even reviewed.
