First completed an application online. About a month after submitting application received an e-mail to set up a phone interview. Completed phone interview and a week later did a video chat interview. From there was selected to interview in Miami during 2 day process. There were several components to interview including round robin report reading with other candidates and one on ones with several executives.

The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.

It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.

There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
