First part was situational managerial work. You are given 4 hypothetical people. They each have monthly goals to get credit card applications. Each of them has skills and weaknesses. You must pick one and work with them so they can improve. Then you have to answer why you picked that person.

The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.

It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.

There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
