The recruiter was very nice. I came in 15 minutes early and she noted my early presence, which was a huge plus for her. She asked me about the position I was applying for, which was odd to me since I had already mentioned that on the job application. She directly told me that even though they probably couldn't hire me as a temp over the summer, she would check after my interview. There was a packet containing questions that she read from and she would write down notes as I went. The questions were standard, like why do you want to work here, how would you deal with a difficult customer, when was a time when you had to deal with a difficult situation.

How would you get someone to open up a Macy's gift card?
I was able to interview immediately upon walk in, after completing a written application. There was a small group of friendly and competent human resources staff available at the time.

Entrevista
I started with a "virtual", interview that included recorded video questions. I went through all of the many required tests and online video recordings and received a phone call from a woman to come in the very next day for an interview.
Note: When I filled out the online application I checked the box that indicated I could work evenings and weekends.
The woman who greeted me acted like she was surprised that I could only work part time hours.
I stayed calm and polite, I smiled I made eye contact which she rarely returned and unfortunately, her disgruntled mood never improved. The interview was actually a big waste of time for both of us. If she did not like my recorded video interview or the fact that I just wanted to work part time, then why did she contact me for an interview?

Entrevista
It was pretty easy, I think the one thing was that I was nervous so I felt like I will mess up, but they made me feel relaxed and confident with what I was saying.
