There were several steps. I met with regional as well as other managers. This was prior to a merger so I'm not sure if the process has changed any. I chose not to pursue as I got the impression that work life balance was off.

They just asked a couple questions about myself and why i saw why i was fit for the certain job. It was my first interview so as my first one they were very kind.
