I had one phone interview with the store manager. The interview lasted about an hour, she asked situational questions and I gave answers. I was able to ask questions at the end. It was more like a conversation than an interview.

The interview process went smoothly. I walked the store and met with the department managers who were all very nice to me and welcoming. The interview process was relaxed and overall I was very satisfied.
