Applied online and received and invite to interview in-store. Upon arrival, I was asked to complete a questionnaire/brief application online in a computer room they have in the HR office. Then I met with the department head of the position I was applying for. He conducted my interview, which was brief (about 10 mins of basic questions and 10 mins of him explaining the position and its responsibilities), and then asked what I expected to be paid. My answer did not matter because they paid minimum wage for Merchandise Associate. I took the job but did not stay long - the hours for this position is early AM (6AM - 2PM) and traveling that early ended up being a hassle. The company is a good company but the pay is very low. I would say this job is fit for someone who needs extra income (because of the odd hours) but this is not suited for a student on as a full-time job.

The manager interviewing people was friendly. She would ask why you wanted to work there and what skills you had to contribute. Also she asks questions on customer service situations like how you would deal with an unhappy customer.
