I applied online. A recruiter sent me an email, told me that the Hiring Manager is interested in meeting me in person, wants to schedule an in-person interview, gave me a few time slots to choose from. An in-person interview was set up.

Past experience and why I think I would be a good fit.
Went through many rounds of interviews would like it if the feedback process was more succinct and was a bit more organized. Communication can be done via channels not just email. Would like to see more variety in hiring process. Poor screening process as well.
