How did you identify their needs and inspire the purchase of a new product that interested them? How did the customer react to your recommendation? Did they buy the recommended product or something else?

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
