Filled out online application and received an email the next day saying that HR wanted to interview me. Set up appointment online for following week. Arrived 10 minutes early to interview and was taken immediately into an office and the interview began. Was asked typical questions such as "Why Macy's" and "What would you do if..." Interview went well and interviewer was easy to talk to. Was optimistic that I would receive a phone interview as next step, but instead received a form email stating they weren't interested. All in all a good experience.
