Large Panel Interview - 5 or 6 people. They were late in getting to my interview. And while the gentlemen who led me into the interview and chaired it was polite and sincere nearly everyone else were not engaged in the process at all. It was a complete waste of time and I nearly walked out of the interview at the clear disregard for my time and preparation. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt if they had been interviewing folks all day and were burnt out but they should plan better. There may be some state rules that require all qualified applicants to get interviewed but if it was clear I wasn't going to move forward, I'd rather they not waste my PTO.
