Interview was over the phone with the HR guy. Lasted less than an hour. He asked standard STAR and HR questions. At the end of the interview, he asked some space trivia questions.

I found the company listing on craigslist and applied via email. It turned out my neighbor was working there so I had him mention my resume to the hiring manager, that got my foot in the door. I interviewed with management. Their typical process was to hire on potential interns for a week long trial period and then decide if there is a good fit or not. After the trial period I went through another series of interviews with the co-founders. Then I was hired on for a three month internship.
