Entrevista
The first stage with Talent Acquisition went well.
The second stage with a Principal was acceptable overall, but I did encounter an inappropriate comment, such as “It must be hard to explain concepts if English is not your mother tongue,” and then incorrectly assumed my country of origin. I found this remark insensitive and discriminatory!

Entrevista
Initial call with Talent Acquisition
Technical test: this was exactly as described in the prep document provided - 25-30 mins of whiteboarding a system, then 25-30 mins of pair programming some logic for said system using TDD.
Culture fit/final interview: This was a lot of "tell me about a time when..." questions with some technical knowledge interspersed.

3 interview stages:
- initial screening with recruitment team
- coding (TDDing a kata style question) and system design
-behavioural interview
Overall the interview was pitched well - 3 rounds is enough to get to know each other. The overall interview was good in that there were not detailed questions on particular tech. Focus was on coding, TDD, breaking problems down and system design. Could code in a language of my choice. Was given good information in advance about what each stage would involve.
