My interview with the company was a different experience than I had ever had in past interviews. The initial process took place in a group setting that lasted about 30m-45m. After leaving I revived a phone call 30m later from a company manager to set up a second working interview. I showed up to the working interview and spent a full day mainly observing and shadowing the lead assistant to get a feel for the protocol of the clinical office. I was phoned a couple days thereafter for a 2nd working interview at a different location which was much like the first one. I was interviewed one on one with the clinical manager on expectations from both parties, I got a phone call later that week offering me a position. It was an easy process none the less.
