Did 5 interviews for a corporate position and a project consisting of 6 videos for two different social platforms throughout the holidays and had to follow up several times each step of the way. Dragged out process for over 3 months to get vague and non-specific feedback when I asked why I didn't get the position, important to note I had to reach out after the final interview and project and ask for the result. I then got reached out to once again months later and sent over my portfolio right before the recruiter went on leave and reached out to the contact person on the original point of contact's OOO email and received no response, it has now been ample time and I never had a follow up from the original recruiter. Unprofessional and lack of transparency throughout the process. It is cruel to put job-seeking folks through this, this is a record-breaking amount of interviews for a position that pays 77k. It says a lot about the company and specific team I interviewed with.
