Entrevista
Saw a Craigslist ad that Madewell was accepting applications and to visit the local store to pick up an application. I filled out the application, attached my resume and a cover letter and returned it to the manager the next day. A week later HR contacted me and we set up an interview. I arrived about 10 minutes early and met with the head of HR and the onsite manager. The interview was about 40 minutes long and very casual. The manager was very quite and basically let the HR rep do all the questioning. I filled out some paperwork for a background check, they said I should receive a call in 2 weeks, and we parted ways.
Contacted via phone to organise time in person. I was taken into the office and had a series of questions asked. A practicle situation was roleplayed. Easy process, manager was good.
