Entrevista
The person I was supposed to interview with wasn't available and a lead associate interviewed me instead. Overall 20 minutes. We went to the noisy food court for the interview. I was asked a lot of questions that weren't relative to the position and felt more like a sorority pledge interview. Not a big deal but seemed like an odd approach for that particular brand.

Contacted via phone to organise time in person. I was taken into the office and had a series of questions asked. A practicle situation was roleplayed. Easy process, manager was good.

it was very simple, just an initial phone screening then a zoom interview, very simple one-on-one conversation between me and the manager of the store i applied to, lasted about 30 min
