It is super casual and they make it very conversational! They are focused on getting to know your personality to see if you would be personable enough to make sales to customers.
The interview process was fun, quick, easy, and effective. Everyone was so nice and gave you very detailed information regarding the position and salary. They were very straight forward with your role in the position and the duties and tasks you will have to complete in order to be successful.
