Required one initial phone call, as well as a zoom interview where they asked basic customer service questions about my experience and how I might handle various situations. The questions were looking for a basic understanding of customer service and how to show up in the role.
Contacted via phone to organise time in person. I was taken into the office and had a series of questions asked. A practicle situation was roleplayed. Easy process, manager was good.
