Initially, I had a great interview experience. The recruiter was very friendly and personable. They ensured I was confident going into the second interview with the hiring manager. However, after meeting with the hiring manager, I was no longer interested in working on their team. I was scheduled for a 45-minute interview. Only twenty minutes into our conversation (including a few minutes of niceties), my interviewer was already trying to wrap up the interview. I even felt rushed when asking questions about the role and work environment. They made me feel like they had better things to do than to talk with me about my experience. I told them I was not interested in moving forward.
