The interview process was very personal. I was interviewed by Pastor Dave, the senior pastor. He knows a lot about me already because I go to that church. He basically reviewed my resume and he asked did I have any questions. He reviewed my duties and noted different ones may be added as needed. He would said he would be my direct supervisor. He reviewed who I would be working with and then he introduced me to other people I didn't know. He showed me the point person to go to for various requests. He prayed with me and closed the interview.
