Contacted by a recruiter and scheduled for a phone screen. Interviewed with the hiring manager who progressed me to a 4 person panel interview and 2 additional virtual interviews. I was told I would have their decision the following week. That week came and went with the recruiter claiming they had an internal applicant now in the mix. The next week, I was asked to meet with their SVP. 4 weeks later and 2 follow-ups and I still don't have any decision. They have since changed the title of the job and reposted it. During the interview process they seemed very respectful. Unfortunately, it is how you treat your candidates throughout the ENTIRE process that will earn you your reputation as a company.
