Too long and no the culture was dysfunctional along with the management team. Micromanagement and no autonomy allowed in the process. The company was hot years back and now has become a thing of the past.

Informal, interviewed by two senior engineers and was asked what I knew about the company as well as to describe my educational background. I was first interviewed over the phone which was a preliminary screening before the in person interview.
