Met with them multiple times. No real instructions. Long process. Id say a basic interview process. Was asked the same questions. The president was interesting to speak with. Not much else to say.

There were 3 stages to the interview. The initial two rounds went well. However, the third round was with the Managing Director of the company. You'd imagine that the MD would be quite professional, this could not be further from the truth. He seemed unprepared and disorganized. I was asked random questions such as "What do my parents do for a living", I am not too sure what does that have anything to do with the role I am applying for. I'd like to mention the fact that he was yawning as well which is not a very encouraging sign when someone is being interviewed. As long as you are not being interviewed by the MD you should be fine as the other people that I interacted with from the firm seemed much nicer and more professional.
