You are able to schedule your own interview on the website. The interview is with a Magic Ears Senior Teacher. Part of the interview includes a trial teaching in which you pretend that the interviewer is a second language child. You are required to prepare at least 2 teaching aids. After this it takes up to 2 days to find out if you are able to go on to the next phase. In this phase the company provides training. They want you to be successful and will help you to do that. You get to schedule your training yourself based on your availability as well as teacher availability. There is a 1V4 training which is 1 trainer and 4 applicants. After this you will complete a 1V1 training with 1 trainer and 1 applicant. The trainer walks you through a lesson and helps you to feel comfortable. They give you tips to help you be successful in Magic Ears. After this you will get to do a trial teaching to real students. Based on the parent reviews you either get the opportunity to reteach another trial class, you are offered a contract, or you are informed to reapply at another time.
