Applied online through LinkedIn. Phone screen with recruiter and then met CEO, Jim Lyons. Both were kind. Met with new COO, Sandy. She was amazing. Trouble started when they asked me to create a deck to explain how they can expand their business in the market to show "how I present." What?!? They use the interview process to get free consulting. Unethical interview practices. If you really want to pursue them, ask them for a deck to present, otherwise no go.

Was contacted by the recruiter for a Master Black Belt consulting position. Found that it was for a software company and since I had an IT background this was a perfect fit. Interviewed with the consulting company, which went very well and they liked me for the role. I then interviewed with the client for the position. This went well and the client also liked me; however, they need to determine whether they have the funds for the MBB consultant this year or whether to wait until 2016. The issue is still pending review.
While I've indicated I've accepted the position, it is pending completion.

The explained about the situation where the hiring manager was very intelligent and financially astute, but not very familiar with Lean Six Sigma. Though eager to learn, it might pose some challenges in my role. How would I handle this situation?
