the interview was boring they told to report 10am but interview started 12pm a group of 20 people gathered infront of HR,he asked one by one to introduce ourselves, I introduces myselves in decent way and guess what he selected one out of 20 for second round,the interview totally confusing i didnt understand on what basis he selected not a good experience unprofessional way of organizing HR came at 11:50 to the loaction

I had applied through campus recruitment.There ws A group discussion round and final HR round. Group discussion was normal and we had to choose topic on our own.

I went for the interview held in Pune through Profound Edutech the interview process had 2 rounds 1. Group discussion. 2. Mobile application test. The GD coordinator was from Profound Edutech. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Due to their and Profound's Unprofessional behaviour. Out of 12 candidates, the GD coordinator short listed only one girl, because she was GOOD LOOKING. And because she was good at making points. She only made one valid point. Me and 2 other boys were good in both English and making points including one other girl, but even she was nt short listed, they specifically short list good looking girl. This is the first time I have had such experience. Because being good at English i have crack every GD round in all companies I have been to. Very unprofessional behaviour by Profound Edutech.
