Fairly standard interview process. I received a cold call three months after applying on zip recruiter. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. This was for a temporary part time position that would involve driving forklifts at Magna International in Tecumseh (Windsor) Ontario. For this TPT position, they stressed it was important that I was available Monday and Friday for either day shift or afternoon shift. The shift change was around 2:30pm. They offered $20.86 CAD / hour.
