Short and without depth. Didn't ask about my experience or education. A little disorganized and wasn't ready with answers or description of job or work environment. Overall a stepping stone towards another interview.

I interviewed with the Controller and then met with the CEO. After I left, the staffing agency was notified that I did not fit the culture of the company. A week later I was hired.
