Entrevista
I arrived extremely early to this interview, hoping to leave a great impression. I loved the office since it was in the downtown area. I was greeted by 4 employees from the company at once where they took me to a room in the back. I was very presentable and pleasant, however, I already received a vibe that they weren't interested in me from the get go once they saw me, but I figured I could be wrong. We sat at a huge table where the four of them were not very engaging or friendly, making things very awkward. Some of the interviewers did not even look at me while I was answering their questions and looked very uninterested, as if they judged me from the second they saw me (note I am an african american male) which was very rude and made me uncomfortable. The interview lasted maybe 10 mins, and seeing that I have a current internship for about a year, I know I didn't do anything to leave a bad impression. To summarize, this was definitely the most awkward interview I ever had, and my impression is that this group didn't want to spend their "valuable" time interviewing me, or even giving me the chance. I wouldn't recommend this organization to anyone.

I applied and got a call the next day so I was impressed with the speediness of a reply. But the interview was kind of awkward and short. I felt like no one was interested in what I had to say. They all seemed somewhat annoyed and I felt rushed out the door. Then they said I would hear back "either way" - a month later and not so much as a courteous email saying they chose someone else. Don't waste your time with an interview here.

I submitted my resume online and a few days later got a call from their CFO, he left a voicemail introducing himself and saying he would like me to call back because he had a few questions for mev about my resume and background. I called back right away, and he asked me what salary I was looking for, I gave him a number and he said OK we would like to have you come in for an interview. This was kind of odd to me that his voicemail said he had questions about my resume, but the only question he asked was about my salary requirements.
I set up an interview for early the next week. I went in and met with two people on their marketing team. One of them was very nice and engaged in conversation with me and the interview went smoothly and had a nice flow to it. She said she liked my passion for marketing and my drive, which was nice to hear and it was nice that she saw those qualities in me. The second person interviewing me just sat there and stared at me the whole time and only asked one question at the end.
I thanked them for their time at the end and the lady told me she would be in contact with me either way by the next week to let me know their decision. I thought the interview went well, but their client was from a field I had not worked with in my past and I thought that they may have someone with prior work in that field that would be a better fit.
I sent her a thank you note because I was happy she took the time out of her day to interview me, and I had gathered from speaking with her and the receiptionist that she was extremley busy and did not have time to waste.
By the next week I never heard anything back regarding their decision. And I left a message with their secretary and never heard anything back.
