Unprofessional and Disorganized Interview Process I was selected for the Research Associate role at Magnate Architectural Auxiliary Services after a virtual interview. Post-interview, I was asked about my salary expectations and whether I was open to negotiation—I agreed. They then asked me to visit their office for further discussion. However, when I reached the office, no one responded or acknowledged my presence for nearly two hours. After the long wait, instead of a salary discussion, I was unexpectedly asked to introduce myself again and was told this was actually my first round of the interview. The entire process was extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. I do not recommend wasting your time here. The lack of communication and clear process reflects very poorly on their management.
