Interview started with creating an application with MailerLite's in-browser email campaign product. It didn't take too much time or effort to complete and I think it's a pretty great way to start off the process. Afterwards there was an email questionnaire comprised of technical questions about the role. Finally at the end there was a quick Skype chat with some personality and high level tech questions. What struck me as pretty cool is one of the founders was involved with the entire process. This shows a great sense of quality control over who works there and transparency with the company to the candidate. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and end amicably for each party involved.
