Entrevista
The first Interview was Teams screening with a one-person panel. The second Interview was a Teams meeting with three person panel. The entire process was approximately two and a half weeks. Each meeting was limited to 45 minutes. The first screening left me feeling great about this role. The second interview left me feeling uneasy. There was a hyper-focus on managing difficult clients/projects with a production team that has too much work, that I would have to sweet-talk fabricators at times to complete my role. One of the panel members left before reaching the midpoint of the interview. Everyone looked distracted and stressed.

Tell me about yourself? How do you deal with difficult clients? How do you manage projects? What will you do when there is backlog in production and your client is demanding deliverables soon? Do you have experience or willing to learn Corel? Why is there a 1 year gap in your resume from graduating college to the first job listed on your resume?
