Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Maistro (Exeter, Inglaterra) em mar. de 2015
Entrevista
After an initial telephone interview that lasts 20 minutes, you are invited to complete an assessment/powerpoint demonstrating your ability to recruit enterprise service providers to the platform. It took me 2 days to complete as I had no prior experience in a role like this, however I found the process very rewarding but rather unnecessary for an intern role.

I applied through an offer on the website internwise.co.uk
I received a reply a month later.
The HR intern organised a skype interview. To be honest she was quite nice and i liked the informal way we exchanged emails.
The process ended when she told me that there was no compensation for the work or any opportunity to get permanent after the internship.
They should mention the internship is not paid in the job description so we don't waste our time applying... well the HR intern who interviewed me was not paid either so i guess it was not a waste of money for them.

fast and furious - It as 4 stages - HR, Sales, C-Level then CEO all within 2 weeks
Relatively thorough process that gives the impression of a dynamic fast paced "go get 'em company", though none of the questions asked are anything to unexpected or extreme.
The portrayal of reality is far from what you are led to believe in the interview process. Sucked in by the delusion that you actually have to witness to believe
