The interview was broken up into stages, starting with 2 separate phone conversations with the recruitment specialist then with the company director. After some feedback from these, I was invited to an in-person interview with both of them and was asked to prepare a 10 minute presentation on a given topic. After this I was asked some competency questions. The experience was made enjoyable due to the friendliness of the interviewers and the casualness in which we spoke. I was made very welcome and was encouraged just to be myself and relax, which made the entire interview process much easier.
