Unprofessional process. I was interviewed over the phone and was told the Recruiter position would be best then make my way to Managing Director. During the interviewed I agreed then was told that I would be meeting with the team and to contact the recruiter in regards to my thoughts.
Don't waste people time, be real over the phone.

Terrible process that was long, drawn out and frankly disrespectful. They had me speak with 5 people and then I had to spend an entire day traveling by air to meet them in person just for them to spring 3 additional interviews on me and tell me at the end of the day that they don't actually have a position available. I was unemployed at the time and this felt like a terribly abusive process simply because they could. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.

Fairly long process. Applied early on and took a while to hear back, received a phone screen, then a phone interview a month later, then in person on 3 different occasions. followed up with another phone interview that turned into an offer.
