I had a phone interview with president of the company, vice president of manufacturing, maintenance manager, and HR manager first. Then I went in for a formal interview. Lastly I had a personality test and a skills/placement test. Then I was offered the job, I was so nervous at each one of them too. I wanted this job so bad

Was very easy-going and laid back. The project engineers I talked to knew what they were looking for and had a lot to say and ask. Just really had to know my experiences inside and out.
