Started with a short, 20 minute logic test, which wasn't super logic-y, after I passed the initial resume and cover letter round. Get to know you, go down your resume type interview. One more three hour engineering test and one more interview after that.

Entrevista
Very weird interview process. After applying, I was contacted by the Vice President of business development asking to write an essay of why I want to work for this company. Then they sent me a list of odd questions which clearly indicated that they did not review my resume and my experiences. After I explicitly answered all the above, they sent me a logic quiz test. This was very odd. After I completed the test, they ghosted me. I did not get anything saying I fail the test. They just went straight to ghosting. I tried to follow up with a few e-mails but never heard from them. Unprofessional and mean to say the least. Would not want to work for such a company.

Why are you interested in a job in the ocean industry? Have you spent time on or near the ocean? What are your hobbies or interests related to the ocean? If you do not have previous experience working on or near the ocean, how do you know that you will like it?

Odd. They gave an IQ test in the first email back. Then declined to go further due to not meeting their "standard" result for the IQ test. Never seen a company screen people using IQ tests, I find it very weird.
