I applied via WayUp and had a phone interview with the recruiting coordinator. She was very friendly and asked appropriate probing questions about my experience and such. Though I didn't get an offer for this position, they are interested in keeping in touch.

Typical phone screening. Asked about strengths and weaknesses, background in customer service, and described the job role. Interviewer was very friendly. Heard keyboard typing in the background- either she was taking notes or multitasking.
