I was invited on a zoom call and one of the member from HR department shared information about the company & the job profile, She shared a dev Poc with me. That was a very long assignment, a full-fledge app on reactjs and nodejs, I invested my 3 full days to work on the assignment, and I never heard back from the team yet even after 5 months. It was an unprofessional process, with no follow-up. Waste of time.
