I applied through a referral. Initially contacted by the manager, explained the team structure, job scope and the organisation in brief. Then, contacted by the HR, scheduled for interview via Microsoft Teams. The interview was comfortable and laid back, it was more like a discussion. The interviewer was so friendly, she explained again on the job scope, the whole organisation background and what they do there. I asked pretty much anything and they able to answer each of it. The process of hiring was so long, I interviewed at the end of March 2024, the proposal and approval received at the end of April. Need frequent follow up.
