All software testers in MSTB are eligible to apply for the post. There are three (3) interviewers including senior human resource personnel, a senior manager and a manager. The session divides into 3 sessions which are Technical, Non-Technical and Attitude. Length of each session is 3 hours. The interview conducted in English and applicant will have to demonstrate their knowledge in Software testing processes, Problem solving skills, Attitude test and many more.
