I was given several options of when to interview. I think this was the best interview I've ever had. It was a very friendly two way conversation. I was interviewing them just as much as they were interviewing me. The questions were thorough and very honest. They really wanted to know me and my capacity. I really enjoyed the interview process.

Entrevista
The interview process had several meetings. The meetings were with HR, The Engineering Department Head and a Team Lead, and the CEO. For me, the interviews were in this order: education/experience assessment, technical discussion and assessment, soft skills and drive discussion.

Entrevista
A few phone calls, coding surveys, and then 1 in person interview with some coding challenges. Not the usual "Hard" questions, but more common sense type of questions to know how I thought of development. Their questions seemed to focus on making sure I was a right fit with them rather than a right fit of what knowledge I had, though that did help.

Entrevista
It was pretty easy to know what to expect in the interview. The questions were well oriented to my line of work, and I felt comfortable giving more than just a "yes " or "no" answer.
